1036-1041 Saturday, 10 January, northbound Wisconsin Avenue between Q St. and Whitehaven. You were behind me and kept blasting your horn at me. Could you not see the four-wheel whackoff in front of me who kept stopping every three meters or so? Did you not see that it was the four wheel whackoff in front of me who was driving two miles an hour and stopped at the green lights at R St. and S St.? Finally, the four wheel whackoff turned into the Safeway parking lot, but as Wisconsin Avenue widened, you drove around me and blasted your horn at me.
