  • While stopping to take a corner off a 25 mile per hour road, this youung woman and her male posse barreled up the road, then stopped fast behind us and honked because we were waiting at a STOP SIGN. She then proceeded to tail gate us all the way up Main Street, finally passing us by driving through the ditch (which is, umm, ILLEGAL). While she drove, her "buddies" yelled, and enjoyed flipping us off. She's a danger on the road and needs to slow her ass down. This was Waterville at 8:45pm on a Friday night...there was no reason to be driving that fast.

  • I guess if you have the bigger vehicle you can just change lanes anytime you want.
I guess you were in a hurry to fill get to a gas station and fill up that p.o.s and couldn't afford the 4 extra seconds to let me go by and yield...you know how you're supposed to when merging onto the highway?

Let's just hope you don't kill someone on the way

  • Going on 295 in the accelerator lane and moving along nicely, and I hear this horrible asthmatic engine noise. I find out that the Z28 was driving in my blind spot and I was running out of road fast and he couldn't even pass me as I accelerate in my lane.

I slowed and hit the rumble strips as he didn't even move over (as there was plenty of space) to the other lane. Inconsiderate bastard!

I took a nice picture of his god-awful sounding car as well in case police will be out looking for this ingrate.

  • This driver barely slowed down to make the turn off of Robin Hood Dr. to get on to Parkway South, totally blowing off the stop sign, and then sped off at about 45 in a 25 zone. At least he/she stopped for the flashing red lights on the school bus coming the other way-guess driver's ed wasn't a total waste.

  • Temporary tags on this offender. Westbound on 1A at the Holden Town Line at 5:30 p.m., this driver pulls up to 1A, looks left to see approaching traffic (me), and decides to ignore traffic (me) when pulling out. Abrupt braking drops my speed from 45 to 20. I saw this same SUV do the same thing to a driver ahead of me within the last week.

Please learn the laws of physics and drive a little more courteously. People in more densely populated areas would not have been so kind to you.

  • This idiot likes to drive around in residential neighborhoods and apartment complexes at all hours of the day and night and floor it so everyone can hear the loud coffee can he hooked up to his muffler because he thinks he's cool. Dumb@ss, people are looking at you because you look like an idiot in your beat up 4 cyl, not because they think you are cool. People in Highland House Apartments don't want to hear it, so get over your need to get people to look at you.

  • West on Broadway, this guy performs a tight, quick, unsignaled merge requiring me to brake to avoid hitting him. Proceeded west making further unsignaled moves before turning left, presumably to Husson. At first I thought he just had big ears, but when stopped behind him in the turn lane, I could see he had a cell phone up to his head. If you're reading this, your skills aren't up to driving and talking on the phone at the same time.

  • I was waiting for my wife to finish shopping near the I-party when this jeep pulls into a handicapped spot, no plate or plackard indicating they were handicapped. The guy gets out of his jeep smoking a cigarette and his 10-12 year old son also exits the jeep. This is his second infraction as it is against the law to smoke in a car with a minor in it. Then he and his son take a short walk beside the building to go pee...there is a bathroom in the store you parked infront of! Way to step up and set the example douche bag. Once his wife was done shopping he pulled out of the parking space and that was when I noticed his handicap...he had a McCain Palin 2008 sticker on the back of said jeep. ;} just getting my own shot in. • This a-hole wins this week's Tin Can Award. Northbound on Rt 95 near Exit 1 in Maine, this jerk zoomed from the far left lane across all three lanes of traffic, cutting me off and nearly clipping an 18-wheeler. He then dives down the exit ramp. Smooth move a-hole!

  • Headed downtown on Main at 3:45 pm, this guy was speeding up and slowing down drastically; abruptly changing lanes without signalling and across solid lines; caused those of us behind him to miss two green lights because he was slow to start moving from a stop. I thought this erratic behavior must have been because he was old (judging by the make of the car)m but when I pulled up behind him, I saw that he was a teen or 20-something deeply involved in texting on his cell phone.

Do the rest of us drivers and the pedestrians that might cross your path a favor and pull over until you have communicated whatever it is that is so important that it can't wait while you are operating heavy equipment.

My brakes saved his life   Monday, March 03, 2008

Driving twoards downtown Freeport on Rt. 1, in front of the "Big Indian", this kid pulls out of the parking lot without stoping less then 50ft in front of me as I was going between 45-50mph. In 10 years driving, I have never had to hit my breaks so hard before! I had to swerve into the oncoming traffic lane and skidded to a halt less then two inches from this kids driver side door! He stopped and just staired at me, he looked under 18, and then he just took off down Rt. 1 as if nothing happened!
I went right after him and took down his plate number, calling ahead to the Freeport police. I dont know if they got him or not. I intend to go back to that parking lot and see if he works in any of the shops there. What really shook me up was that if I reacted even a second or two less, this kid would be dead. His plate # was 5002 NZ.

    GARDINER

Two students' vehicles clocked at 134, police say

A lot of speedometers top out at 120 mph, but Maine State Police say they clocked a pair of Massachusetts college students doing 134 along Interstate 295 in the Gardiner area.

Using laser equipment, troopers spotted a 2008 Mercedes SUV and a 2008 Volkswagen GTI just north of Cobbossee Stream. The vehicles were pulled over and the drivers, both Babson College students, were cited for criminal speed.

Police said the men then proceeded to the mountains for a weekend of skiing at Sugarloaf.

They should have been put in jail and cars inpounded, let rich mommy and daddy come to Maine and bail them out!

Typical mass-hole comes to Maine and thinks it is their personal playground,

Nice Car!   Monday, February 12, 2007

While travelling in Maine I noticed a very Patriotic car.  It was a stretch limo painted in Red, White, and Blue American flag design.  I saw this car near the Richmond/Gardiner area of South Central Maine. Does anyone know who it may belong to?  I would love to get a closeup picture of the car and talk to the driver.
